NEW YORK, Feb. 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Christmas Tree of Kindness, Inc. is excited to announce its upcoming showcase at the 2025 NYC Toy Fair, taking place March 1-4 at the Javitz Center. The company’s innovative and heartwarming storybook with free companion craft and app will be featured at Booth #6921 in the Launch Pad Section for Freshman Exhibitors.
“The Christmas Tree That Changed The World” storybook introduces a young evergreen tree named Spruce and puppy friend Holly. Learn how they start a new Christmas Tradition by adding ornaments to Spruce’s branches after doing kind acts. Enjoy their adventures as they create the first Christmas Tree of Kindness, make new friends and change our world for the better…and just in time for Christmas.
Included inside each storybook is a beautiful paper tree with ornaments to start decorating your own Christmas Tree of Kindness. For those that prefer a virtual activity, the free companion app allows everyone to create a tree and decorate independently or to invite loved ones to help. When completed, users receive a star for the tree top and Christmas music to celebrate.

Our Origin Story: “When our children were little, we started this special tradition each Christmas Season, using a construction paper tree. We would cut out and add paper ornaments by doing kind acts with the goal of having our tree decorated by December 25,” said Beth Dessen Duffy, President of Christmas Tree of Kindness, Inc. “Every year, we were encouraged to share this idea with others, and after 16 years, we decided it was time to either do so or stop talking about it!
